Fixed Operations Manager Wayne Dean is a true automotive enthusiast. Coming from a family in the auto industry, Wayne grew up with an influence that has pushed his passion to work in the industry itself, and even restore vintage automobiles and motorcycles. He has also started his own automotive websites and acted as a contributing editor to an automotive magazine. Wayne is extremely dedicated to customer service. Having worked with Honda since 1974, he brings a wealth of knowledge to his work, as well as his consistently positive attitude. Constantly working to improve processes, he is always looking for new ways to give our customers the best Honda experience possible.

Assistant Service Manager Chris White brings over two decades of industry experience to his work at Midtown Honda. He has been working with Honda since 1999, and has maintained a Honda Car Leadership Gold status for service since 2004, even obtaining Platinum status twice, in 2006 and 2009, most likely thanks to his often frank, yet highly friendly demeanor. Always happy to help, Chris and the rest of the service team are consistently straight forward about what it will take to keep your Honda maintained, and the expected cost.
